BROCK SIBLEY

Currently studying the Diploma of Visual Art at the University of Ballarat, Brock Sibley has experienced life as both a rural and urban resident of Victoria.

Ambulating his surrounds from inner urban streets to the industrial back spaces where the pedestrian is uncommon, Brock Sibley paints the abstract observable markers that are in a slow layer of change. With paint, pen and pencil Sibley's rambling gestures are gradations within the footwork of his search for place.
